THe route

This is a leisurely approximately 2.4-mile bike/scooter ride and walk. There will be a “soft start” for bikers/riders at 10 am with walkers following.   Restrooms are located at the start behind the large gazebo at Manthey Park.  Restrooms at the finish are across Hoffman Drive at Kwik Trip.  The Blast does not have a public restroom.  The city often has porta-potties at two additional locations along the trail.  Small water stations will be available at around the 1.4-mile area and at the finish, but please bring your own water if you anticipate needing it on the course.

FINE PRINT:

For the safety of everyone, absolutely no racing, motorized bikes or scooters, Electric (“E”) bikes or scooters, in-line or roller skates, skateboards, pets/animals, or running will be allowed.

The trail will be open to the public during the event. Participants are expected to be courteous to others sharing the trail and to stay to the right side of the trail unless safely passing others.

Your event wristband must be used to redeem the free kids’ cup of ice cream at The Blast on the day of the event only.

All participants must be registered.

Alternative date in the event of severe weather is Sunday, August 25, 2024.
